Orchazid Safety Orchazid
has an excellent safety profile comparable to placebo in safety and
tolerability. In controlled clinical studies, eye redness, headache, hay fever were reported but the occurrence of these side effects were generally mild. Orchazid
should be used with caution in nursing women as; Ketotifen fumarate has
been identified in breast milk in rats following oral administration. It is not known whether opical ocular administration could result in insufficient systemic absorption to produce detectable quantities in breast milk. Contact lens wearers; should remove CL before using Orchazid and wear them at least 10 minutes after. |
