Tears guard is an "artificial tears and lubricant" which increases tear film viscosity through the physical properties of its active ingredient - hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose 0.3% - and preserved by a disappearing preservative system “Sodium perborate ”filled in a multidose bottle for convenience, easy to use and suitable to sensitive patients and elderly people.
